Job summary

1st Precision Grading LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operator/Foreman to lead field crews, operate heavy grading equipment, and ensure on-time, high-quality site development.

You will interpret grading plans, supervise safety, coordinate with project managers and inspectors, and perform pre-shift inspections to uphold OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating heavy grading or earthwork equipment.
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience in grading, excavation, or site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil grading plans and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of grade checking, drainage, and compaction standards.
• CDL a plus and familiarity with GPS/machine control systems.
