Job summary

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a second shift Production Operator to maintain smooth operation of packaging lines in a cracker plant. You will contribute to product quality, safety and efficiency while supporting continuous improvements.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the role requires hands-on problem solving, teamwork and the ability to adapt quickly to line changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks.
• Comfort with computerized touchscreen technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards.
• Make necessary adjustments during product changeovers.
• Carry out quality tests and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, mechanical, sanitation and quality teams.
