Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator operates powered equipment for mowing golf course putting greens, collars, approaches, and tees. Operates lawnmowers or tractor-drawn mowers in maintaining golf course areas.

Day-to-Day:

• Adhere to all written mandatory standards of operations, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, and oral instructions, which constitute the essential functions of the job.
• Service golf courses by changing pin placements, tee markers, trash removal, and ensuring the course is presentable daily.
• Mow greens, tees, slopes, collars, rough, and fairway areas with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare sand bunkers for daily play using proper equipment and procedures.
• Wash, fuel (if applicable), and return all equipment to proper storage areas.
• Assist other staff members as needed to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of safe and efficient operation of motorized equipment.

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of golf course maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
