Position: Forklift/Hilo Operator

Summary

We are seeking dedicated Forklift drivers to join our manufacturing team. Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts safely
• Move products within the warehouse and load trucks
• Unload trucks and organize inventory
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Stand for 8-9 hours daily
• Be available for overtime and weekend work
• Maintain good communication skills
• Foster constructive relationships and take initiative
• Lead by example and be punctual

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory experience operating sit-down forklifts
• Ability to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
