Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a manufacturing/operational environment focused on training, development, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with front line leaders to ensure operator tasks are executed safely.
• Works with leadership to establish a long-term vision for operator skills and improvement plans.
• Assists Area Business Team leadership to define future expectations.
• Provides SME on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Works with Training Organization to ensure operators are properly trained.
• Coaches and mentors operators in troubleshooting and resolving basic equipment performance issues.
• Helps develop problem‑solving skills and improve maintenance work requests.
• Supports operators in generating improvement ideas to enhance performance.
• Provides SME support for improvement initiatives.
