Tailored Management is seeking a Cab & Ergonomics Design Engineer to design loader cab structures, operator workstations, and interior components for off-highway mining equipment. Focus is on safe, comfortable operator environments with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and field teams.

The role requires a solid background in ergonomics, CAD, NVH, environmental sealing, and product testing, plus experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience designing vehicle cabs, interiors or operator workstations.
• Strong knowledge of ergonomics, CAD, NVH, environmental sealing, and product testing.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Design loader cab structures, operator workstations and interior components.
• Address ergonomics to improve operator comfort, noise, dust, and sealing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and field teams.
• Use prototype and field data to refine cab assemblies and validate designs.
• Apply FMEA and coordinate with suppliers to resolve performance issues.
• Support prototype builds, testing and continuous product improvement.
