Job summary

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for an Operator B - Bedding in Temple, TX on the 2nd shift starting at 4:00 pm with overtime as needed to complete the day’s work. The role supports machine operators, helps keep areas clean and stocked, and involves baling foam for recycling as required.

The position requires daily communication among operators and management in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes and loud noise. Overtime may be required to finish daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Carpenter Co has an immediate opening for an Operator B - Bedding - Temple, TX - 2nd Shift Start time 4:00 pm with overtime as needed to complete the work for the day.

This position is responsible for assisting machine operators in keeping areas clean, stocked with supplies and baling foam for recycling as needed. Position requires daily communication between operator, management, and all other employees in the department.

The position works in a normal manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes and loud noise. Overtime may be required each day to complete the work scheduled for the day.

Other Responsibilities Include
