Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Lebanon, IN is seeking candidates for an Evaluation to Hire position on the production floor. You will inspect bags, remove block envelopes, culled defects, fill pockets, and palletize while maintaining quality and safety.

The role runs Monday-Thursday with a 3:50 PM to 2:00 AM shift and pay at $21.75 per hour. This role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing up to 10 hours, basic math and computer skills, and adherence to GMP and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment after training, if required.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Stand for up to 10 hours.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of measurements and math.
• Steady work history is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production floor duties: inspect bags, remove block envelopes, cull defective fish, fill cutter pockets, collect and record trim, hand-stack pallets.
• Monitor product quality and maintain production equipment and processes.
• Handle and move materials and products.
• Follow GMP, PPE, safety, and production procedures while keeping a steady pace.
