Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Associate for our Lebanon, IN client on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will help manufacture frozen fish sticks and other products on the production floor, inspect quality, open fish blocks, feed machines, and ensure proper seals and date codes.

This is an evaluation hire / contract-to-hire position with training during Weeks of March; starting pay $20 per hour, increasing to $21 per hour on 2nd shift, with later milestones that

Responsibilities

• Manufacture frozen fish sticks and related products on the production floor.
• Inspect product quality and remove defects from the line.
• Open fish blocks and feed product into machines for processing.
• Ensure proper bag seals and date codes.
• Collect and record production rejects.
• Assist with batter, breading, frying, and packaging processes.
• Hand stack finished products onto pallets.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

• Working on the production floor helping manufacture frozen fish sticks and other products
• Inspecting product quality and removing defects from the line

Location:

Lebanon, IN

Position Type:

Evaluation Hire / Contract-to-Hire

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Training:

• If starting the week of March 23rd, training will be 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM that week before moving to 2nd shift on March 30th
• If starting prior to March 23rd, training will occur on 1st shift from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM until March 23rd.

Pay:

• $20/hr starting pay
• $21/hr once moved to 2nd shift

Additional increases after hire-on:

• +$1/hr when hired on permanently
• $0.25 increase at 3 months
• $0.25 increase at 6 months
• $1.00 increase at 1 year
