Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate for the 3rd shift in Indiana (Argos). The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading/moving material, and operating packaging equipment in a production environment.

Hours are 11pm–7:30am, Sunday through Thursday with overtime rotated on weekends. The environment is loud with PPE required and adherence to GMP policies to ensure quality.

• Ensure proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.


• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.


• Other duties as assigned by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.

Pay : $20.00/hour

This is the entry level position. The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load and move material and operate packaging equipment. The Utility Worker will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
