Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 2 for Bakery Production on 3rd shift at the Cayce, SC bakery. You will operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to meet quality and safety standards, ensuring efficient production flow and equipment performance.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 2, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment while ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality and food safety standards. This role is vital to maintaining efficient production flow, equipment performance, and overall bakery operations.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Set up and perform equipment changeovers in accordance with production schedules and product specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and required operational documentation.
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support production needs by rotating across production and packaging areas as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment.
