Job summary

Methode Electronics Inc. in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a manufacturing machine operator to set up, change over and run production lines to meet product specs. You will program, profile, and adjust equipment for new parts and inspect output for quality, with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of experience setting up and operating machines, or equivalent specialized training. Overtime and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Perform machine set-up/changeover to produce the required product or components by making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications.Perform first time set-up of equipment for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/ software adjustments.Operate equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals.
