Job summary

Job description

The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $16.00 hourly.

Position Responsibilities
  • Read work orders to assemble components by hand or by using small hand operated equipment, which includes soldering.
  • Tests, calibrates, and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2+ years of assembly experience.
  • Basic math skills—addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to work independently.
Additional Qualification
  • 80% of this job will be soldering, must have prior knowledge or the ability to learn the skill.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
