Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking an Operator in Tulsa, OK to oversee the tube mill. This 1st shift position runs Monday–Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime as needed. You will ensure safety, product quality and continuous mill operation across the shift.

You will perform quality checks, support maintenance to resolve issues, and document downtime to drive KPI tracking. A high school diploma or GED and solid mechanical aptitude are required, along with micrometer, caliper and tape

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using measuring devices: micrometer, calipers, tape measure.
• Able to read OEM setup charts and interpret tool adjustments.
• Able to change jaws, blades and refill oil levels on equipment.
• Meet negotiated scheduling timeframes and document downtime.
• Strong communication with coworkers to ensure smooth mill flow.
• Think fast and adapt to schedule changes or mill conditions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with the team.

# OperatorAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Operator. This position will be responsible for the tube mill operations and equipment of the mill to insure continuous operation during the shift. **This will be a 1st shfit position. Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.
