Job summary

Dana Corp is seeking a manufacturing operator to support the production of driveline components in our on-site plant. You will operate machinery, finish, inspect, and pack parts, and help record production with defects and scrap.

The role requires standing 8–12 hours, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs, and rotating tasks. You must be willing to work any shift, overtime when needed, and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record pieces produced along with all defects and scrap
• Complete all required paperwork
• Always practice safety
• Must be able to stand for an 8-12-hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
• Must be able to stoop or bend to clean mold
• Must be willing to rotate jobs
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned
• Must be able to run all compounds
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor or team leader
• Must be able to wear protective eye wear, armguards, gloves and steel toed shoes and any other required personal protective equipment.
