Job summary

Dana Canada Corp. is seeking production-oriented team members for all shifts to support our driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies.

You will visually identify parts, use hand tools, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs while operating multi-function machinery and following instruction sheets. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to complete pre-hire training.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• Ability to visually recognize the difference in parts
• Ability to use hands to perform simple operations
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
• Ability to lift 5 - 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp, and pinch on a continual basis
• Ability to work with oils and lubricants
• Ability to read and interpret instruction sheets
• Ability to operate multi function machinery
• Ability to work with or without supervision

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)

Additional Requirement:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team skills
• Must be able to complete and pass pre-hire training program
• Available to work any of the 3 available shifts
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
