Dana Incorporated is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate machinery, finish, inspect, and pack parts in a fast-paced production environment. This role supports quality, safety, and efficiency across shifts, with a focus on accurate documentation and adherence to standard work procedures.

You must be able to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, rotate jobs, and work overtime as needed. Training is provided, and protective gear is required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery according to production schedules
• Finish, inspect, and pack parts
• Record produced pieces and report defects and scrap
• Complete required paperwork
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Stand for 8–12 hour shifts
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Rotate between jobs and shifts
• Work overtime as needed
• Wear PPE such as eye protection, armguards, gloves, and steel-toed shoes

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate machinery as assigned
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record pieces produced along with all defects and scrap
• Complete All Required Paperwork
• Always practice safety
• Must be able to stand for an 8–12-hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, 30 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionallylt>Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
• Must be able to stoop or bend to clean mold
• Must be willing to rotate jobs
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned
• Must be able to run all compounds
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor or team leader
• Must be able to wear protective eye wear, armguards, gloves and steel toed shoes and any other required personal protective equipment.
