This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet project goals.Job Responsibilities\\*\\*\\* Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and other machinery safely and proficiently.\\* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and other components, and report any maintenance needs or defects.\\* Load and unload materials, excavate trenches, grade surfaces, and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.\\* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.\\* Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.\\* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel on site.\\* Assist with manual labor when equipment operation is not required, as needed.\\* Follow project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.\\* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.Job Qualifications\\*\\*\\* High school diploma or equivalent.\\* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.\\* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL may be required depending on equipment and project needs.\\* Proven ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently.\\* Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and practices.\\* Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints is a plus.\\* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.\\* Good communication and teamwork skills.\\* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.\\* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.**Company Overview:**R.B.
