Clean Scapes is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator to join our Austin, TX team. This full-time, in-person role supports commercial landscape construction and maintenance by operating a variety of heavy equipment and performing site preparation tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, works well outdoors, and prioritizes safety while meeting project deadlines. Competitive pay and benefits are offered as part of a supportive team environment.

• 1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, civil, or landscaping environments.
• Experience with excavators, skid steers (Bobcats), bulldozers, or street sweepers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, bulldozers, street sweepers, loaders and other equipment as assigned.
• Perform grading, excavation, trenching, material movement and site preparation.
• Read and follow project plans, work orders and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Load, unload and transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site following company safety policies.

We partner with some of Texas' most recognizable commercial properties and are committed to delivering exceptional landscape construction and maintenance services through safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment in support of commercial landscape construction, site development, and enhancement projects.
