Clean Scapes is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator for in-person work at our Austin, TX location. The role supports commercial landscaping projects with heavy equipment operation and site tasks in outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, a valid driver’s license preferred, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, civil, or landscaping settings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers (Bobcats), bulldozers, street sweepers, loaders, and other construction equipment.
• Perform grading, excavation, trenching, material movement, and site preparation.
• Read and follow project plans, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while following company safety policies.
• Assist crew members with general construction and landscaping tasks when equipment operation is not required.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Hourly.

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment in support of commercial landscape construction, site development, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate has experience operating construction equipment, takes pride in producing quality work, and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
