Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Workstream Leader for its PDE team to manage administrative processes, project scheduling, and continuous improvement for Gas Turbine accessory systems. You will leverage Lean methodologies and data analysis to oversee workstream KPIs, lead Problem Solving Reviews, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality design integration and on-time delivery of CAD and BOM packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or STEM/technical degree.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering and/or PDE/CAD experience.
• Must be onsite in Greenville, SC and authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTD and Say / Do accountability across workstream.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline; cross-functional support.
• Resolves issues using established procedures; consults for non-standard cases.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues and interfaces with customers and GE.
• Establishes and supports Daily MGMT of tasks in cell structure; mentors Cell Leaders.
