Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Product Definition Engineer to assemble and integrate Gas Turbine System CAD models on the Product Definition Systems Modeling team in Greenville, SC.

You will work with CAD from Compressor, Combustion, and Turbine modules to deliver a full gas turbine assembly for concurrent engineering and interface management. You will be mentored by team leaders and contribute to Lean standard work while solving enterprise problems and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or STEM from an accredited university.
• 0–1 year of relevant engineering/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create definitions of parts, modules and assemblies including 2D cross sections and 3D models.
• Support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling and inspection with CAD data.
• Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing to deliver integrated CAD assemblies.
• Contribute to Lean methodologies and standard work in Product Definition.
• Provide input on team priorities and process improvements.
