Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Workstream Leader for its PDE team to manage administrative processes, project scheduling, and continuous improvement for Gas Turbine accessory systems. You will apply Lean methods and oversee workstream KPIs, mentoring the team to ensure CAD/BOM delivery on time.

Lead Problem Solving Reviews and collaborate across engineering functions to boost efficiency and reliability of the global power fleet.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Engineering and/or Product Definition experience.
• On-site work in Greenville, SC; US work authorization required.
• Advanced CAD/PLM experience preferred; additional education can offset experience.

Job Description Summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Workstream Leader for its Electrical & Instrumentation Product Definition Engineering (PDE) team to manage administrative processes, project scheduling, and continuous improvement strategies for Gas Turbine accessory systems. In this role, you will leverage Lean methodologies and data analysis to oversee workstream KPIs, lead Problem Solving Reviews, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality design integration and on-time delivery of CAD and BOM packages. By collaborating across engineering functions, you will drive operational efficiency and solve complex workflow challenges, ultimately contributing to the modernization and reliability of the global power generation fleet.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive OTD and Say / Do accountability across workstream.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or cross functional knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the organization’s accountability.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
• Establishes and supports Daily MGMT of tasks in cell structure, mentoring Cell Leaders.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or Technical Associates degree
• 4+ years of relevant Engineering and/or Product Definition (CAD) experience (higher level degrees in lieu of experience will be considered i.e. Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, Associates degree requires 6+ years of experience)
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Greenville, SC. Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Desired characteristics:

• Experience with NX or another advanced CAD platform
• Experience with Dassault ENOVIA or Siemens Teamcenter PLM system
• Experience in Gas Turbine Accessory design
• Strong written and oral communication to all levels of the organization
• Experience collaborating with cross functional / business / location

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $98,400.00 and $164,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on September 24, 2026.
