Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Workforce Specialist to coordinate staffing needs, labor planning, and reporting across the facility.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Quality, and Production to ensure accurate reporting and cost control. The role requires analyzing labor trends, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in labor efficiency and overtime control within a manufacturing environment in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Minimum of three years in manufacturing operations, workforce planning, labor administration, or related role.
Experience preparing and maintaining labor, staffing, overtime, budget, productivity, and operational performance reports.

Responsibilities

Monitor staffing levels and labor coverage to meet daily production needs.
Coordinate with Operations/HR on staffing gaps and labor allocation.
Track labor utilization, headcount, attendance, productivity, and overtime trends.
Prepare and maintain labor, budget, productivity, overtime, and waste-tracking reports.
Monitor labor costs, overtime, and budget activity; identify variances for cost control.
Track and report waste and yield; identify reduction opportunities.
Review and coordinate approvals for operational records and reports.
Support payroll, workforce forecasting, and operational reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Assist continuous improvement initiatives for labor efficiency, overtime control, and waste reduction.
