Job summary

DrillChem, a leading provider of drilling fluids and related services, seeks an Operations Manager for its Bakken operations in Williston, ND. The role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on inventory control, warehouse duties, and process improvements to support efficient logistics.

Responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy, coordinating stock transfers, loading/unloading trucks, and implementing standard procedures across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels for all DrillChem products.
• Coordinate and execute transfers of inventory among DrillChem stock points.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Identify damaged or non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
• Track operational metrics and report to the Director of Operations.
• Collaborate with sales to improve supply chain responsiveness.
