Nabors is hiring an Assistant Driller in Williston, ND to support the Driller, Tool Pusher, Rig Manager, Operator Rep., or crewmembers as needed. You will provide guidance and support to crewmembers on safety and rig operations on site.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to Nabors policies, and active participation in safety meetings and drills while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Personally responsible for own safety and conduct yourself to Nabors policies and procedures.
• Assist the Driller in operation of rig and equipment when needed.
• Make sure all duties delegated by Driller for crewmembers are carried out safely and quickly as possible.
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and drills.
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to direct supervisor.
• Maintain readiness and safe work habits on the rig and set an example for crewmembers.
