Job summary

NOV is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate in Williston, ND to coordinate shipping and receiving of Downhole tools. You will maintain inventory records, operate forklifts and cranes, and support HSE and quality initiatives while collaborating with customers to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying indoor/outdoor conditions. Training for certifications may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of Downhole tools and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives through inspections and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
