Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow
• Build and maintain inventory systems ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Lead preparation of enrichment materials across programs
• Own full logistics cycle: ordering, packing, transportation, campsite setup
• Manage and develop the maker and warehouse team
• Create and refine workflows, protocols, and scalable processes
• Coordinate materials and logistics with program goals and timelines
