What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow
- Build and maintain strong inventory systems so materials are always stocked, accurate, and easy to access
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and highly functional
- Lead preparation of enrichment materials across arts, woodworking, and engineering programs
- Ensure a high bar for accuracy, efficiency, and quality
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Own the full logistics cycle: ordering, preparation, packing, transportation, and campsite setup
- Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials across NYC locations
- Manage and support the maker and warehouse team
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and follow‑through
Operations & Process Improvement
- Create and refine systems, workflows, and protocols
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Ensure materials and logistics are aligned with program goals and timelines
- Design practical, efficient warehouse organization that supports speed and scale
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented

Requirements
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfort navigating NYC for deliveries and logistics coordination
