What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Inventory Management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow
  • Build and maintain strong inventory systems so materials are always stocked, accurate, and easy to access
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and highly functional
  • Lead preparation of enrichment materials across arts, woodworking, and engineering programs
  • Ensure a high bar for accuracy, efficiency, and quality
Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Own the full logistics cycle: ordering, preparation, packing, transportation, and campsite setup
  • Coordinate deliveries and movement of materials across NYC locations
  • Manage and support the maker and warehouse team
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and follow‑through
Operations & Process Improvement
  • Create and refine systems, workflows, and protocols
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Ensure materials and logistics are aligned with program goals and timelines
  • Design practical, efficient warehouse organization that supports speed and scale
