NORY is seeking a full-time Operations & Warehouse Coordinator in New York City to own the education supply chain behind our STEM programs. You will build systems that improve efficiency and scale across multiple sites, and lead a small team while working closely with leadership to drive impact.

In this role you will manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material flow, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accuracy, safety, and high-quality outputs for enriching programs that reach

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organization, inventory tracking, and material flow.
• Build and maintain inventory systems to keep materials stocked, accurate, and accessible.
• Lead preparation of enrichment materials for programs and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Own full logistics cycle: ordering, packing, transportation, and campsite setup.
• Coordinate deliveries across NYC locations and support the maker/warehouse team.
• Design practical warehouse organization to support speed and scale.
