Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Operations Management Manager to support Central Dispatch. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages third-party vendor performance, and drives process improvements across complex operational initiatives.

Strong emphasis on governance, reporting, and SLA adherence. The position offers a flexible remote option with preference for Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ living areas and requires travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 6+ years of operations management, vendor or BPO experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Strong vendor performance and SLA management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third party vendor performance and SLAs across a central dispatch function.
• Lead weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews and manage vendor staffing, forecasting and capacity.
• Own contact center platform and IVR routing requirements and changes.
• Develop and present performance metrics and scorecards to leadership.
• Ensure procedures and SLAs stay current and aligned across teams and partners.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Lead large-scale vendor transitions and cross-functional project teams.
