Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6+ years in related work.
• Experience in operations management, vendor or BPO management, or contact center operations.
• Experience managing third party vendor performance and SLAs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Experience driving continuous improvement to performance and client satisfaction.
• Experience maintaining procedures, SOPs, or best practices.
• Experience as a business owner of contact center platform/IVR routing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third party vendor performance, KPIs, and governance.
• Manage cross-functional project lifecycle and resource estimation.
• Own contact center platform and routing requirements and testing plans.
• Develop and present performance scorecards and reports.
• Keep procedures and SLAs accurate across teams and vendors.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead critical vendor transitions from planning to wind down.
• Build relationships with vendor leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and knowledge continuity.
