Job summary

Freeman Company seeks an experienced Operations Project Manager to independently drive day-to-day delivery within a fast‑paced transformation program. You will apply advanced project management and execution knowledge to keep initiatives moving, ensure ownership clarity, and drive disciplined follow‑through across teams.

The role thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and balances speed, risk, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience leading complex initiatives or multiple workstreams.
• Proven delivery discipline: manage action items, reporting cadences, risks, and cross-functional accountability.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end‑to‑end execution of multiple concurrent projects within a large‑scale transformation, maintaining momentum across responsibilities.
• Owns and maintains a master project plan with milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Operates independently within governance, making day‑to‑day decisions and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintains rigorous logs for actions, issues, and decisions and ensures owners meet timelines.
• Coordinates across teams and external partners to ensure clear handoffs and avoid stalled work.
• Produces status reports and dashboards for leadership with decision-ready insights.
• Prepares concise materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Maintains up‑to‑date program documentation as a single source of truth.
