Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex engagements for PE portfolio companies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure and optimize leadership and staffing.
• Synthesize insights from data to improve EBITDA and operating efficiency.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Implement cost-reduction programs, workforce changes, and process improvements.
• Contribute to margin management, pricing, and supply chain optimization.
