As an Operations Transformation Intern in Chicago, you’ll support cross-functional teams, develop data-driven insights, and help manage client engagements from day one, gaining hands-on experience in process mapping, analytics, and change

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA.
• Interest in operational strategy, performance improvement, and business transformation.
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessments.
• Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity.
• Curiosity and motivation to develop professionally, including certifications.

Responsibilities

• Aid cross-functional teams in delivering major transformation initiatives.
• Create, interpret, and transform data into actionable performance insights.
• Maintain client and internal relationships to manage expectations.
• Help minimize engagement risk by identifying issues and remediation paths.
