Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Demonstrated interest in operational strategy, performance improvement, and business transformation
• Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Experience (through coursework, internships, or projects) with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessments
• Proven ability to work in teams and deliver against tight deadlines in dynamic environments; this may be demonstrated via university projects, internships, self-study, community building, or work experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a structured and compelling way
• Intellectual curiosity, and motivation to develop professionally, including industry recognized professional certifications
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges
• Ability to remain agile, work in ambiguous environments, "can-do" attitude
• Positive, client-focused mindset
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed
• Ability to travel to various client sites, as needed

Responsibilities

• Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within operational efficiency programs, digital operations management solutions, and modernization programs
• Create, interpret, and transform data and analytics into actionable performance insights
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk by identifying issues and remediation steps
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
• Convey findings effectively to internal teams and client stakeholders
