From day one you will be supported by the Technology Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and advance your own career in professional services. This hybrid role includes collaboration with senior leaders and peers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA.
• Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and skillset across various tools.
• Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisory and implementation services to address business needs.
• Support leadership with proposal development and presentations.
• Analyze complex quantitative/qualitative data and synthesize output.
• Communicate effectively to senior audiences.
• Analyze client capabilities, technologies, and processes for change opportunities.
• Build and analyze financial models and budgets.
• Contribute to client deliverables and team activities.
• Participate in mentoring and professional development discussions.
