Job summary

TE Connectivity Mansfield seeks an Operations Training Specialist to partner with leadership, assess training needs, and implement programs that ensure regulatory compliance and workforce competence. You will drive talent development from the shop floor to management and align with AS9100D and ISO standards.

Lead training delivery, manage documentation, and coordinate internal/external training while promoting a strong safety culture. This role reports to Plant leadership at TE AD&M site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in talent management, training, or organizational development in operations/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of talent assessment methodologies, performance management, and employee development.
• Familiarity with AG5 training platform and learning management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D requirements; lead auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with site leadership and corporate HR.
• Design and deliver training programs; align with AS9100D requirements.
• Develop onboarding and talent development programs across shopfloor to management.
• Coordinate internal and external training; manage training documentation and audits.
• Drive safety culture through targeted safety training and compliance.
