Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective on-the-job training and coaching.
• Observe and evaluate associates to measure progress and training effectiveness.
• Submit a completed training plan with areas trained.
• Attend staff meetings as required by leadership.
• Provide refresher training at leadership request.
• Perform warehouse duties as assigned when not training.
• Ensure training sessions are prepared and executed with materials and within timelines.
• Provide feedback and training progress to Supervisors and Managers.
