Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training curriculum for LGUS HyCO Operations employees and manage assigned curriculums.
• Develop training programs for new sites and coordinate onboarding prior to start-up.
• Manage certification programs and global rollout documentation for plant managers and operators.
• Develop and manage Operator Training Certification program and Operator Training Simulators (OTS).
• Establish and track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and partner with SMEs.
• Lead operational readiness, PSM implementation plans, and transition to GDMS for plant documentation and GDMS training.

Operations Training Manager

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will create and maintain training curriculum for LGUS HyCO Operations employees, manage employee's assigned curriculum, provide support for onboarding new employees, and develop training curriculum for operations, maintenance, and support staff
• Develop training programs for new sites, coordinate employees' training prior to start-up, and support the operational readiness of new plants
• Manage LGUS certification programs and collaborate with global counterparts on the rollout and implementation of various certification programs globally, including training certification documentation for plant managers, superintendents, engineers, and operators
• Further, develop and manage the Operator training certification program, manage the maintenance and development of
• Operator Training Simulators (OTS), and coordinate and manage Learning from Incidents training
• Establish and track metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, knowledge retention, and workforce readiness; leverage modern tools and delivery methods; prioritize, plan, and develop new or edited training content; and partner with SMEs to ensure content quality, relevance, and alignment with operational excellence
• Also, lead operational readiness, develop and facilitate commercialization plans, facilitate PSM implementation plans, and lead the transition from EDMS and SharePoint to GDMS for plant documentation, including GDMS training, troubleshooting, improvements, and initial setup for new plants
