Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an 18-month rotational training program to develop deep technical expertise in hydrogen production and air separation processes.
  • Complete a six-month rotation in The Woodlands focusing on Hydrogen and Air Separation technologies, followed by a one-year plant engineering assignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, Process Controls, Operations) to gain hands-on experience.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to plant reliability and process optimization.
  • Travel to multiple facilities across the United States to complete rotations and be flexible to relocation as needed during the program.
