Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Gallatin, TN seeks a Manager, Facilities to lead maintenance, facilities, tool & die, and automation teams. You will develop plans to keep branch operations safe, efficient, and compliant while supporting growth with TPM and CMMS processes.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in maintenance and facilities management, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office; travel is about 10% and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with maintenance management or supervision.
• Five years’ experience with facilities management.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• FMP/SFP/CFM certification or related degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the department business plan to support operational needs.
• Lead maintenance, facilities, tool & die, and automation teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage supplier contracts (gas/electricity).
• Support CAPEX projects and branch expansion as needed.
• Maintain CMMS usage and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
