Job summary

Elanco, located in Elwood, KS, seeks a Sr. Specialist – Training Coordinator for Manufacturing & Quality to oversee the operations training program, onboarding personnel, and driving consistency across training activities.

You will manage KPIs, schedule and plan training, and support the business through effective delivery. Minimum qualifications include 3 years GMP experience with drafting and reviewing documentation; GED or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years GMP experience with drafting and reviewing documentation.
• Experience in training coordination or matrix development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and measure operations related training activities.
• Serve as Lead trainer – ops trainer of trainers.
• Support curricula development for operations training.
• Drive documentation lifecycle management (draft, review, approve, batch review).
• Support operations, uphold strong safety and quality culture.
