Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead trainer and ensure OJT trainers have the resources to train employees.
• Monitor onboarding and training progress for new employees to support competency.
• Partner with operations supervisors and OJT trainers to develop training plans, coordinate schedules, and support curriculum development.
• Establish and maintain training KPIs to measure effectiveness and support workforce readiness.
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of training documentation while promoting safety and quality culture.
