Job summary

You will ensure employees understand procedures, follow GMPs, and perform inspections with accuracy. Leadership responsibilities include supervising a crew and coordinating with material handlers on production runs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions in English (safety, quality, GMP guidelines).
• 6 months of manufacturing job experience.
• Working knowledge of computers to read procedures, use terminals, and enter production in SAP.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct training to support defined area(s).
• Identify training needs, schedule, and deliver training on identified shifts.
• Follow GMPs and understand their importance; perform in-process inspections and document findings.
• Mentor area trainers on the shift and stay current on processes and procedures.
• Lead a line of 3 or more workers consistently.
• Enter data in the SAP system and support LMS curricula audits.
