Job summary

ODW Logistics is hiring for an Operations Lead to oversee warehouse teams, drive safety, improve productivity, and manage daily inbound/outbound activities. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and effective use of the warehouse management system to optimize space and processes.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years forklift experience, and a background in logistics or business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business-related field (Preferred).
• 3 years of Forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Warehouse Management System experience.
• Must be able to excel in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Protects the accuracy, integrity, and salability of inventory by adhering to SOPs and meeting cycle count accuracy expectations.
• Directs appropriate warehousing team.
• Runs reports to determine effective action to maximize building capacity.
• Completes all required inbound and outbound documentation.
• Communicates changes in procedures to office personnel and completes warehouse worksheets.
• Interacts with local management concerning daily activities and safety, productivity and quality goals.
