You may join either the Inforce Processing Team or Advisor Services Team, handling policy changes, licensing, and documentation while maintaining accurate records and meeting quality standards.

• Identify incomplete or non-compliant requests and coordinate with clients to resolve.
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
• Ensure transactions meet quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Support either Inforce Processing Team or Advisor Services Team as needed.
