Job summary

Hexion Inc. is seeking a Chemical Operator to join our production team in a high-impact manufacturing environment. You will operate complex equipment, uphold stringent safety and environmental standards, and contribute to quality resin and chemical production used in sustainable applications.

We value mechanical troubleshooters with experience in industrial settings, able to work rotating shifts on-site, and able to read technical documents and SOPs. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED plus manufacturing exposure.
• Experience with reading technical documents and procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment per SOPs.
• Blend tanks, load/unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform SAP transactions for inventory and production tracking.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and root-cause analyses.
