Job summary

Empirical-Food in Nebraska seeks an entry-level leadership candidate to immerse in core manufacturing processes and join a nine-to-twenty-four month leadership track. You will work with various groups, escalating responsibility as you develop technical and social skills, ultimately aiming for leadership positions in the organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree relevant to the program prior to the start of the job.
• Previous internship or co-op with the company is preferred.
• Student-related organizational leadership roles and/or other leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become immersed in learning key manufacturing processes and programs and participate in activities to develop as a relief supervisor.
• Assist Quality Assurance in development of new products, processes and quality specs.
• Support safety and regulatory program improvements and participate in start-up teams.
• Develop and present technical information to educate employees and share best practices.
