Job summary

Flex is seeking an Operations Trainer to join our Salt Lake City, UT site. You will support standard work, train employees, and manage training records to drive quality and readiness across the site.

You will develop training materials, validate effectiveness via audits, and collaborate with safety, engineering, and quality teams to uphold best practices. Fluency in English is required, bilinguals preferred, and daily area reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in training employees and managing training records.
• Ability to implement 5S + 1 methods to enhance workplace organization.
• Proficient in creating training materials and presentations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• English language proficiency; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support standard work and training practices.
• Update training tracking and records as necessary.
• Validate training effectiveness through audits.
• Train employees to ensure confidence and success for Flex employment.
• Provide safety, quality, and process training across sites.
• Develop self and others to support organizational readiness.
• Provide evidence of training and matrix reports.
• Update area matrix reports daily with pertinent information.
